  • 1. Espaguetis a la carbonara con jamón serrano<br />Ingredientes:<br />400 g de espaguetis<br />200 g de jamón serrano en tacos<br />200 g de champiñones laminados<br />Una cebolla<br />Sal, pimienta<br />Aceite<br />250 ml de nata líquida<br />150 gr queso parmesano rallado<br />Preparación<br />Cocer la pasta en abundante agua con sal, escurrir y reservar. Mientras mezclar en un bol, la nata, sal, pimienta.<br />En una sartén con aceite dorar la cebolla muy picadita, una vez pochada se agrega el jamón serrano en tacos y los champiñones, saltear hasta que coja color, agregar los espaguetis y remover con cuidado. Incorporar el queso junto con la nata ,remover unos segundos y retirar del fuego. Servir enseguida.<br />
