  • 9. Speaking when angry When are angry we are speaking at an empty vassal.
  • 10. Negativity or let me explain why thatwon’t work. Only problem with that is….
  • 11. Withholding information Simple solution : start sharing
  • 12. Failing to give proper recognition If you want to tick people off; don’t recognize them
  • 13. Claiming credit that we don’t deserve Give the due credit to the due person
  • 14. Making excuses Blunt and subtle Dog ate my lunch
  • 15. Clinging to the past Stop blaming others for choices you made
  • 16. Playing favorites Why does the dog gets most of your attention ?
  • 17. Refusing to express regret We rarely have to apologies for being right.
  • 18. Not listening Wrong signal  I don’t care about you  You are wrong  All of the above
  • 19. Failing to express gratitude If you cant say anything say “THANK YOU”
  • 20. Punishing the messenger Angry on employee who tells us something we don’t want to hear
  • 21. Passing the buck Opposite of claiming the credit that others deserve
  • 22. An excessive need to be me Me me me me
