Withholding information   Simple solution :    start sharing
Failing to give proper recognition   If you want to tick    people off; don’t    recognize them
Claiming credit that we don’t deserve   Give the due credit    to the due person
Making excuses   Blunt and subtle   Dog ate my lunch
Clinging to the past   Stop blaming others    for choices you made
Playing favorites   Why does the dog    gets most of your    attention ?
Refusing to express regret   We rarely have to    apologies for being    right.
Not listening   Wrong signal     I don’t care      about you     You are wrong     All of the above
Failing to express gratitude   If you cant say    anything say “THANK    YOU”
Punishing the messenger   Angry on employee who    tells us something we    don’t want to hear
Passing the buck   Opposite of claiming    the credit that    others deserve
An excessive need to be me   Me me me me
