I'm a firm believer of servant leadership model. Having practiced it in my current role as a Lean Six Sigma program leader, I was able to turnaround a non-performing customer engagement into performing engagement. I’m based out of Kuwait responsible for transformation at Kuwait Oil company (my client).
I have brought in excellent value to the customer in terms of timely delivery of transformation initiatives, achievement of stated results; putting together a sustenance and benefits realization plan (not part of contractual obligation, but for the zest of going the extra mile) due to this I was able to streamline a sick account with erratic cash flow into an account with regular revenue.
In my current role, my consultant team has achieved 1.135 billion USD savings out of which nearly 350 million USD have been realized as hard savings. Post Wave II, my team has successfully initiated 19 Black Belt and 26 Green Belt projects as part of next wave.
Having achieved as a team, currently I'm working on a re-pricing and adjustment order negotiation plan which will help my organization to break even on the customer engagement within the next 6 months at the same time without affecting the customer.
I firmly believe in practically implementing the insights I have gained in Lean Six Sigma to bring value on the table in terms of enhanced customer experience, better customer services and customer retention.
