  • 3. THIS DESIRE FOR CONTROL IS "MAYA" ~ ILLUSION & FORMS THE BASIS FOR SELFISHNESS
  • 4. PSYCHOLOGY ~ The scientific study of human mind & the reasons for people's behaviour WHY PEOPLE BEHAVE THE WAY THEY DO ? WHY PEOPLE DON'T BEHAVE THE WAY WE WANT THEM TO ?
  • 5. Psychology ~ refers to the ability to understand the way people think and feel so that you know the right thing to say to someone, or the right time to say it, in order to get them to react or behave in the way you want them to SO, YOU WANT . . .
  • 6. KNOW THYSELF
  • 7. THE KEY TO SUCCESS IS KNOWING OURSELF KNOW THYSELF KNOW THYSELF KNOWING OURSELF IS KNOWING OUR MIND
  • 8. WE ARE OUR THOUGHTS OUR MIND IS WHERE OUR THOUGHTS ARE STORED HOW AND FROM WHERE DO WE GET THESE THOUGHTS ?
  • 9. ARE WE HAPPY WITH OUR THOUGHTS ? HOW TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF OUR THOUGHTS ? ARE WE HAPPY WITH OTHERS' THOUGHTS ? [ Particularly their thoughts about us ]
  • 10. THINKING, WHILE THINKING, ABOUT THINKING, WILL IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF OUR THINKING & THE QUALITY OF OUR LIFE
  • 11. WHY SHOULD WE LEARN TO MANAGE OUR MIND ? TO BE HAPPY ?
  • 12. ARE WE NOW ABLE TO FULLY MANAGE OUR MIND ?
  • 13. WHY A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF HUMAN PSYCHOLOGY IS NEEDED TO BETTER MANAGE OURSELVES ?
  • 14. HAVE WE CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD OTHERS ?
  • 15. HAVE WE FULLY UNDERSTOOD OURSELVES ?
  • 16. CAN ANYONE HOPE TO COMPLETELY & CORRECTLY UNDERSTAND EITHER THEMSELVES OR OTHERS ?
  • 17. THEN, WHY WORRY ABOUT IT AT ALL ?
  • 18. EVEN PARTIAL & INCOMPLETE UNDERSTANDING WOULD BE MUCH BETTER THAN NO UNDERSTANDING AT ALL.
  • 19. WHEN WE TRY TO UNDERSTAND OURSELVES ~ IT MAY BECOME EASIER TO UNDERSTAND OTHERS
  • 20. NOT UNDERSTANDING LEADS TO MISUNDERSTANDING MISUNDERSTANDING CAUSES STRESS
  • 21. MENTAL STRESS TO BEGIN WITH . . . MENTAL STRESS CAUSES ABOUT 85% OF PHYSICAL AILMENTS
  • 22. POSITIVE ATTITUDE & NEGATIVE ATTITUDE
  • 23. WHY PEOPLE DO WHAT THEY DO ? OPTIMISTS & PESSIMISTS
  • 24. PROBLEMS & PROBLEM SOLVING DECISION MAKING WE MAKE OUR DECISIONS BASED ON OUR . . .

  • 35. BE ACTIVE & PROACTIVE
  • 36. NEVER GET UPSET WITH CRITICISM SEARCH FOR THE TRUTH & IMPROVE YOURSELF
  • 37. YOU LIKE PEOPLE WHO ARE LESS SELFISH DON'T YOU ? BECOME A LITTLE MORE LESS SELFISH AND PEOPLE WILL LIKE YOU MORE
