2013Jan03 – Becoming a Better Student – Part – 2 - 2013Ed – ASTRA
Becoming a Better Student, is one of my favourite presentations. Over a period of time, I have been making some revisions, additions, and improvements. For the sake of convenience, I have divided the presentation, into two parts, and the same is being presented here. I had the good fortune of presenting this before the students of ASTRA – Aurora’s Scientific, Technological and Research Academy, Bandlaguda, Near Chandrayangutta, Keshavgiri Post, Hyderabad – 500 005.
The live recording of the presentation, in English, with a sprinkling of Hindi and Telugu, can be listened to by visiting and searching with any one of these tags: 2013Jan03, ASTRA, Becoming a Better Student.
Please honour me with your valuable feedback:

  • Dear Sally Smith - Thank you so much for appreciating the suggestion that one should not become a member of the demolition squad. People must develop the habit of using their creative power, in a constructive and contributing manner; they must become assets to the society and not liabilities. The elders, in general, and the teachers, in particular, must actively pursue the task of motivating the young. Only then, we can collectively hope for a better world - of Love, Care, Compassion, Service, Tolerance Peace and Prosperity.

Please do see my presentation, titled: 2012 Dec 23 Being Happy - Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Sansthaan, Shivam Road, Hyderabad.
Thanks again. With best wishes and regards -

  • Don't be a demolition squad. What a good thought that is. The world has favoured demolition. Some sound advice and then some interesting thoughts to ponder. It is important to get out of the comfort zone to learn or we take too much for granted and never effect positive change.
