  2. 2. we are social beings. People can not live without each other. As soon as we are in contact with others we are communicating. We make use of spoken and written language ~ And also BODY LANGUAGE.

  4. 4. The content of a spoken message needs to be interpreted ~ with the help of Body language, and Tonality of voice.

  7. 7. Confidence in one's self is something that everyone needs. Confidence helps you to be happy andto be happy and hopefully quite successful.hopefully quite successful.
  8. 8. Confidence is needed to communicate your needs and feelings in an effective way. Unless we know how to communicate, we can’t hope to get what we want out of life.
  9. 9. Just as many activities can be learned, you must pay attention, learn seriously, and practice continuously to improveto improve your confidence levelsyour confidence levels in communicating effectively.
  10. 10. Confidence improves when You begin to feel goodbegin to feel good about yourselfabout yourself ~ which means being happy with your insideinside [ your positive attitude and your moods ] and your outsideoutside appearance.
  11. 11. Dressing neatly and nicely can build your self confidence, because when you look good you will feel good.
  12. 12. Your posture also plays an important role in how you feel about yourself. The way you walk, talk, look and look up, will make a big difference, and cause a boost to your self-confidence.
  13. 13. Your language, whether it is self-talk, or, when you are talking to others also plays an important role in how you feel about yourself.
  14. 14. Your past experiences and more particularly, what you have done, and what you are doing now, combine powerfully to play an important role in how you feel about yourself.
  15. 15. One major contributor to one's confidence levels is the experiences and events that have happened in the past. More importantly, what you are willing to learn. Please note that there are no failures,no failures, just outcomes.just outcomes.
  16. 16. To boost your confidence levels don’t brood over the past. LEARN THE LESSONSLEARN THE LESSONS and Learn to Live in the Present for the sake of the Future.

  19. 19. Work on your existing skill level. Have a schedule, start noting down your ideas, and more importantly, noting down your practice, progress, and review. Keeping track, improves your skill, and also your confidence.
  20. 20. Work on your existing attitude. Review your attitude, start improving your attitude, and more importantly, feel positively capable of improving – Adopt “I can do itI can do it” attitude.

Now, identify much smaller, measurable and achievable goals which will contribute, even if only in a small way, towards the vision of a self confident you.
