      • will lead to success.
      • Success acquires the Power of Attraction.
      • Attraction makes you acquire
      • a magnetic personality –
      • helps in developing Charisma
    4. DEVELOPING A PLEASING PERSONALITY 2. Being Fair and Just is Righteousness. Develops warmth in your behaviour ~ transparent on your face, as it powerfully begins to flow from your heart.
    5. DEVELOPING A PLEASING PERSONALITY 3. Consistency, acquired through constant practice becomes natural and further improves charisma
    6. LOSE ~ WIN WIN ~ LOSE WIN ~ WIN LOSE ~ LOSE
    7. SELF SELFISHNESS PRIDE JEALOUSY EGO
      • An OPEN MIND is FLEXIBLE.
      • It may ACCEPT or REJECT Ideas
      • based on careful consideration and merit.
      • An EMPTY MIND is like a DUMPING GROUND.
      • It accepts, without evaluation, both GOOD and BAD Ideas.
      • A CLOSED MIND allows, neither the Good nor the Bad.

    8. Accept RESPONSIBILITY When you willingly and smilingly accept RESPONSIBILITY You are actually giving yourself an elevation to your stature and status PROVE YOUR INDISPENSABILITY
    9. Develop Good COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excessive talking does not mean communication. Talk less, say more. Develop Effective Communication Skills
    10. COMPARISON ~ COMPETITION EFFORT ~ RESULT ~ EVALUATION ANALYSIS ~ CRITICISM ~ CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM FEEDBACK ~ GIVING FEEDBACK & RECEIVING FEEDBACK
    11. We are very good in criticizing others. Are we willing to use at least a small part of our critical ability to improve ourselves ?
    12. ALL OF US Desire to be FRIENDLY, WANTED, LIKED, APPRECIATED. Appreciation acts as a wonderful MOTIVATING FORCE

    14. WHAT IS A SMILE ? A smile is a curved line that can straighten many problems.
    15. A SINCERE AND HONEST SMILE CAN SOLVE / IMPORVE MANY THINGS. What are YOU Without your SMILE ?
    16. Good Listening Skills ~ improve Conversational Skills ~ leading to improvement in communication skills ~ particularly their effectiveness. What are YOU Without your LISTENING SKILLS ?
    17. DO YOU DISCUSS OR ARGUE ? An argument throws heat; a discussion throws light. Argument is coming from a closed mind trying to prove who is right rather than what is right. Arguing is like fighting a losing battle, even if you win , the cost may be more than the victory
    18. What are YOU Without your desire to improve your LISTENING SKILLS ?
    19. With a good sense of humour you become more likable and attractive. Smile and Humour, are the best known tranquillizers A winning Smile and a good sense of Humour
    20. DO YOU GET A N G R Y ? CONTROLLING YOUR ANGER IS IMPORTANT DEALING WITH OTHERS’ ANGER IS MORE IMPORTANT DEALING WITH OTHERS’ ANGER, WHEN YOU ARE YOURSELF ANGRY IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT
    21. Sympathy is “ I understand how you feel” Empathy is “ I feel how you feel” BE SYMPATHETIC. BE EMPHATHETIC.
