7. DRINK 2 GLASSES OF WATER, BEFORE FOOD; ALSO, AFTER 2 HOURS; BUT NOT WHILE TAKING FOOD 8. PREFER FOODS THAT CAN BE DIGESTED EASILY, PARTICULARLY FOR DINNER
9. LEARNING SOMETHING NEW 10. WRITING FROM MEMORY 11. HAVE SOME HOBBY, THAT WOULD MAKE YOU SWEAT 12. CHECK REGULARLY AND MAINTAIN PROPER WEIGHT
