Know the needs of your audience and match your contents to their needs<br />Know your material throughly<br />Put what you want to say into logical sequence<br />Do not waste your audiences time<br />Know what your strong and weak points are<br />How you are being percieved is very important<br />Dress appropiately for the occasion<br />Present the desired image to your audience<br />Public speaking<br />

The art of Pausing<br />Pausing is a very effective skill if used right<br />If you have a serious point or something people might want to ask a question about, use pausing<br />Pausing is NOT waiting<br />Do not wait for something to happen, make people reflect<br />HOW?<br />Facial expression, hand gestures<br />Public Speaking<br />
