  13. 13. <ul><li>Participation decreases – increases the chance for success </li></ul><ul><li>Last IAPP call closed past december 2010 received a total of 165 proposals , which means a 54% decrease in the participation level in comparison with last year. </li></ul><ul><li>Such decrease together with higher budgetary resources (15M€) will most probably lead to a overall success rate of 40% . </li></ul>Reporting news from the Spanish Ministry of Science and innovation Starting point
