  6. 6. Give a patience hearing toeveryone who approachesyou. (Offer him/her a chair &allow him/her speak first)6
  7. 7. A Rupee belonging to theorganization is costlier than yourown rupee. Better be a miser whiledealing with organizational fundthan feeling a pinch later if notspent gainfully.7
  8. 8. Make sure you communicate so clearthat the receiver understands theexact meaning you wanted him/herto understand.8
  9. 9. Panic/Tension is no solution toany problem/situation9
  10. 10. Giving up under pressure situation is aclear sign of lack of proper knowledgeand confidence. Better accept it and dosomething about it. Those who canabsorb and know how to handle thepressure can only grow.10
  11. 11. “CHANGE” is inevitable, those who accept itare able to face the latest challenges &grow, those who don ’ t - remainstagnated.11
