  • There is a significant talent crunch in the Indian Chip design industry today; primarily due to the economic crisis faced by America and semiconductor companies find it cheaper to operate out of India and are in expansion mode here.
  • As can be seen in the graph, experienced engineers are scarce and freshers need to be trained for a few months before they become productive. VinTrain comes
  • As can be seen from the graph, the number of Ugs/PGs specializing in VLSI are few in number and do not match up to the requirement in the industry. We aim to close the gap by equipping freshers with relevant and state-of-the-art technology which will give them a head start in this challenging and lucrative VLSI field.
  • Significant gap exists between supply and demand. Industry requirements are not being met currently by the VLSI programs offered by universities today. Without relevant training programs, large scale increase in number of chip designers in our country Is almost impossible. VinTrain aims to do its part in the ramp up by offering high quality chip design training at an affordable cost.
