GALATIANS 1:16b-22…I did not immediately consult with anyone; nordid I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostlesbefore me, but I went away into Arabia, & returnedagain to Damascus. Then after three years I wentup to Jerusalem to visit (Peter) & remained with him15 days. But I saw none of the other apostles exceptJames the Lords brother… Then I went into the regions of Syria & Cilicia. And I was still unknown in person to the churches of Judea that are in Christ.
GALATIANS 2:1Then after fourteen years I went up againto Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titusalong with me.
2 COR 11:24-27Five times I received at the hands of the Jewsthe forty lashes less one. Three times I wasbeaten with rods. Once I was stoned. Three timesI was shipwrecked; a night and a day I was adriftat sea; on frequent journeys, in danger fromrivers, danger from robbers, danger from myown people, danger from Gentiles, danger in the city, danger in the wilderness, danger at sea, danger from false brothers;
2 COR 11:24-27…in toil and hardship, through manya sleepless night, in hunger & thirst,often without food, in cold & exposure.
ACTS 11:19-24Now those who were scattered because of thepersecution that arose over Stephen traveledas far as Phoenicia & Cyprus & Antioch,speaking the word to no one except Jews.But there were some of them, men of Cyprus& Cyrene, who on coming to Antioch spoketo the Hellenists (Greek speaking Gentiles) also, preaching the Lord Jesus.
ACTS 11:19-26And the hand of the Lord was with them,& a great number who believed turned tothe Lord. The report of this came to the earsof the church in Jerusalem, & they sentBarnabas to Antioch. When he came & sawthe grace of God, he was glad, & he exhortedthem all to remain faithful to the Lord with steadfast purpose, for he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit & of faith.
ACTS 11:19-26And a great many people were added tothe Lord. So Barnabas went to Tarsus tolook for Saul, & when he had found him,he brought him to Antioch. For a whole yearthey met with the church & taught a greatmany people. And in Antioch the discipleswere first called Christians.
