  7. 7. Current Methods for Warfarin Dosing <ul><li>Initial dose can be modified by age, gender, body mass, co-morbidities. </li></ul><ul><li>This will predict only 17-21% of the inter-individual variation. </li></ul><ul><li>Subsequent dosing based on INR. </li></ul>
