Working Environment <ul><li>“ Do what you love and love what you do” This may not always hold true . </li></ul><ul><li>But there is always a choice about the way you do your work even if there is not a choice about the work itself . </li></ul><ul><li>If we love what we do, love the people with whom we do it, love the reason for doing it, Would we still call it a “WORK” </li></ul><ul><li>We are giving 50% of the total time and 70% of the effective time to our Work so that we can make our 10% time with family happy. </li></ul>

Despite a very difficult work environment, they have found ways to bring remarkable energy, commitment and creativity to their work. A bunch of fishmongers – not MBA professors or leadership gurus – are showing how to bring more fun, passion, focus, and commitment to work. </li></ul>

P L A Y <ul><li>Try to find humor in bad situation . </li></ul><ul><li>Always try to make light of any given situation with good sense of humor </li></ul><ul><li>Have fun in anyway possible [appropriate ] </li></ul><ul><li>Start a Day with Group Cheer or code phrase </li></ul><ul><li>Do some Team Building exercises </li></ul><ul><li>Make a Theme & ensure that you have fun </li></ul><ul><li>Have everyone share their most embarrassing moment . </li></ul><ul><li>Innovate ways of conducting routine by brainstorming at informal locations </li></ul>

MAKE THEIR DAY <ul><li>Always have something happy to say to your co-workers, assistants and even superiors. </li></ul><ul><li>Each individual is different, treat them as unique persons , accept everyone . </li></ul><ul><li>Make people feel good by noticing something , even if it is small . </li></ul><ul><li>Acknowledge people by their first names. </li></ul><ul><li>Give employees with worst results ways to improve and correct their performance. </li></ul><ul><li>Congratulate people when they reach goals . </li></ul>
  8. 9. BE THERE <ul><li>The glue in our humanity is in being fully present for one another. Being there is also a great way to practice whole - heartedness and fight burnout, because it’s the halfhearted tasks you perform while juggling other things that wear you out. </li></ul>

It’s Monday !!! <ul><li>Nothing will happen by constant complaining, grumbling and grudging. </li></ul><ul><li>Good Environment will not be served to us in a golden platter, we will have to create it and then nurture it . </li></ul><ul><li>If you decide nothing can be done or changed, then nothing will. </li></ul><ul><li>We are living in a Pond, It’s our choice to remain in shallow waters or go in deep with learning, knowledge & commitment to face the excitement & the challenges. </li></ul>
