  • 18. Why AIESEC? Network We have an international network for members and partners. Beyond that, we have an alumni network of nearly 1 million people since the conception of AIESEC in 1948. These ex-members stay in touch with each other and are still doing great contribution to AIESEC.

Multi-Functional Skills AIESEC members get practical experience in all facets of running an organization, including sales and marketing, customer servicing, recruitment, evaluation, budgeting, planning, project management, presentation skills, and more.
