Islamic fashion festival!! This is very strange . We cannot imagine here.In Kerala for the last few years Muslim women has started using Parda(Covering Face except eyes) in public function. They are actually going back.
Unfortunately Muslim communities are still under control of their orthodox religious leaders. That is being mis utilized by the Hindu communalists leaders here.

M-IFW is an event to elevate and position Asia as an influential player in the fashion industry . 2006 year making its debut was the newly created Islamic Fashion Festival, created by Dato Raja Rezza Shah to position Kuala Lumpur as an international Islamic fashion centre. I not know if the muslim women would ever wear such attire as shown... or...i guess they are only meant for fashion shows. She is beautiful.
