PERSONAL GROOMING TREATMENTS First I wash my face with cold water in morning. Then brush my teeth & take bath . After bath I apply Vaseline baby lotion for my hands and legs. Before coming to frankFinn I use lotus sunscreen and a lotus fair gel to my face After reaching I use a Himalaya face wash to clean my face I use lakme foundation for base. Then I use lakme compact powder. I use MAC eye shadow and VOV blush-on
I use lakme lipstick and a lip-gloss. I use lakme eyeliner, kajal and mascara I use hair gel to set my hairs. After make up I use translucent powder of lakme for a final touch up After returning home first I use makeup remover and wash my face with Himalaya face wash. Then I rub my face with a cold doodhi juice to prevent from tanning. I use Vaseline body lotion to my body which helps my skin breath while I am sleeping Once in week I apply skin and hair packs and bleach once in a month.
Dry skin has a low level of sebum and can be prone to sensitivity. The skin has a parched look caused by its inability to retain moisture. It usually feels "tight" and uncomfortable after washing unless some type of moisturizer or skin cream is applied. Chapping and cracking are signs of extremely dry, dehydrated skin. Causes The oil glands do not supply enough lubrication to the skin. As a result, the skin becomes dehydrated. Skin gets exposed to the elements especially in winter. Skin Care for Normal Skin The only care this skin requires is cleaning it twice a day with a mild baby soap and water and toned with something mild, like rose water. SENSITIVE SKIN A sensitive skin is a thin or a fine-textured skin. It reacts quickly to both heat and cold; therefore, it sunburns and windburns easily. MY SKIN TYPE I have an oily skin. My skin is shiny and thick due to oily skin I have an occasional acne and black heads. For my skin care I special cleansing with plenty of hot water and soap to prevent the pores from being clogged. Avoid harsh products that strip your skin of oil and encourage flakiness . Use a light antiseptic night cream from time to time if you wish, and apply a clarifying mask one or two times a week. Half an hour before taking bath I apply half teaspoon each of lime and cucumber juice mixed together on my face .
HOME REMEDIES 1] Take 2 slice of orange. Deseed them apply the pulp of orange on face in circular manner covering the face & neck area. Allow it to dry & rinse it after 5 mins. 2] Maida 1 tspn, besan 1 tspn, a pinch of turmeric powder , half teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tspn honey, mix it properly. Apply towards hair direction and rub it off don’t rinse.
1] glycolic peel- apply sugarcane juice on face . After sometime rinse it with lukewarm water 2] Slit a tomato. Put fine granulated sugar. scrub it. Good for oily skin. It play role of toners as well as astringent
Udad dal powder put malai/rosewater/cucumber juice. Make a paste. Take I pinch turmeric powder. 1 teaspoon of red sandalwood powder and mix it and apply on face. This is an ideal pack for winter
Body bleach Take 2 tablespoon of talcum powder. Take 6 caps full of hydrogen peroxide. Take 1 teaspoon of bleaching powder. Mix this thoroughly and apply with applicator brush. Apply on hands, legs, feet towards the hair direction. Once the bleach dries just rinse the bleach part with talcum powder.
my hair type I have frizzy hair. frizz is breakage that occurs in wavy or curly hair. This breakage may be caused by vigorous combing or brushing of the hair especially when wet. I use frizz control product to stop frizzy hair A good cut is very important to control frizzy hair. I also use a deep conditioner at least once a week

Olive oil 2 teaspoon Mustard oil 1 teaspoon Coconut oil 1 teaspoon Heat this oil on low flame and then apply on scalp. Shampoo after 1 hour. Take 1 cup curd mix the mashed overripe banana. Apply this pack on hair and scalp. [idle pack for dry hairs]

Hair Mehndi Take good quality mehndi .strain the powder in iron vessel. Add small amount of Kath for color, coffee powder, 1 egg and black tea. Add one lemon juice in tea and trifala powder 1 table spoon. Leave this mixture overnight and apply in morning and rinse scalp after 1 to 1½ hours. Never allow mehndi to dry on scalp. Do not shampoo or condition same day. After hairs dry apply mustard oil. Next day shampoo and condition

exercises for fitness Some exercise will help to gain weight such as weight training where extra muscle mass adds to the body weight. Other exercise like running and cycling will burn calories and without extra calories you will lose weight, not gain weight. Remember though, that weight training raises your metabolic rate, so you will require more calories to maintain any weight gained through added muscle. If you exercise inside, make sure you have enough headroom and enough room behind you, so that you lamps and furniture do not get roped by mistake. Wear good shoes and have fun, but do not overdo it! CONCENTRATIVE MEDITATION Concentrative meditation focuses the attention on the breath, an image, or a sound (mantra), in order to still the mind and allow a greater awareness and clarity to emerge. The simplest form of concentrative meditation is to sit quietly and focus the attention on the breath. Yoga and meditation practitioners believe that there is a direct correlation between one`s breath and one`s state of the mind. For example, when a person is anxious, frightened, agitated, or distracted, the breath tends to get shallow, rapid, and uneven. On the other hand, when the mind is calm, focused, and composed, the breath is slow, deep, and regular. Focusing the mind on the continuous rhythm of inhalation and exhalation provides a natural object of meditation . As you focus your awareness on the breath, your mind becomes absorbed in the rhythm of inhalation and exhalation. As a result, your breathing will become slower and deeper, and the mind becomes more tranquil and aware.
