He has served in Manufacturing-Consumer Durables in Khaitan Fans India Ltd., Carrier Corporation, and Whirlpool India and later in Services - ITES/BPM in Hewlett Packard and WNS Business Services before setting up consulting and training company. He has set-up and led Pan-India as well Global – World-wide roles in Strategy, Business Operations, Business Planning, Quality, Industrial & Process Engineering. He was among the first few in INDIA to deploy LEAN in Manufacturing-Consumer Durables Segment in Carrier Corporation .He was the pioneer worldwide in ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) –kick starting Process and Industry Innovation by envisioning a Business Performance Management (BPM) Framework by deploying Industrial Engineering (IE) & LEAN SIX SIGMA Principles in Global Business Services in Hewlett –Packard. He has travelled around the globe to guide & consult ,facilitate workshops & business war-rooms and training programs in Mexico ,Costa Rica ,USA ,Spain ,Poland ,UAE ,Germany ,UK ,Italy ,The Netherlands ,China ,Thailand ,Korea ,Philippines and Singapore. He loves challenging himself and his clients now & then to prove that there can be a better way. He loves reading, travelling and exploring unknown subjects, places, food & culture.
  • 21. Work-shop facilitator – Salil Agarwal • Salil is a Gold Medallist in Engineering and completed his Post Graduation in Management from Indian Institute of Management ,Ahmedabad . He has worked with leading organizations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, GE, Perot Systems and Raychem Corporation. He has been a thought leader and has authored articles and been invited to speak at industry forums. He has taught at various academic institutions including the prestigious Indian Institute of Management. He brings with him an effective blend of diversified experience acquired during his career in India and overseas across many verticals .He has helped organizations create value through higher productivity, faster service and lower costs. His experience spans across manufacturing and service organizations and he has done projects across industry verticals namely – IT, ITES, telecom, retail, infrastructure, entertainment and media, hospitality, healthcare, consumer goods, logistics, cement, heavy engineering . He has also worked with the government and with development organizations in a consulting role. He is a pioneer in the Business Process Outsourcing area and has been involved in planning and executing strategies to outsource business processes to India. He created the transition tool kit for the outsourcing industry . He has designed and conducted programs in the areas of Six Sigma, project management, change management, communication skills, meeting effectiveness, leadership, conflict management and creativity.

He is a Mechanical Engineer (BE) and MBA (HRM & Operations), He is very high on Analytical abilities, Achievement Orientation, Interpersonal Relationships and is a pragmatic leader . Rajnish is also a Councillor, Certified BEI Evaluator, Mentor, Certified Trainer from Mackenzie Consultant USA, and Certified Facilitator for “7-Habits of Highly Effective People” by Covey Leadership Institute, USA. He is HRM & Business Advisor to some of the Organizations and Educational Institutes for Student Placements & Business Enhancement. Training on behavioural skills like Leadership, Teamwork and Change Management is his passion and his continuous interaction with Premium Educational Institutes as Guest Lecturer has helped n developing the Leadership Pipeline. His rich & varied experience of different sectors like Manufacturing, Infra, Real Estate, Retail, FMCG, ITES, Consumer Durable. He is the Visiting Faculty to many of the B-schools incl the IIMs, JIMS and is on the Interviewing Panel of Various Premier B-Schools like FMS, IIM, IMT, JIMS, DSE etc. He writes in various HR magazines like – Human Capital, People Matters, ET and is also a distinguish Speaker at various Business & HR Platforms in India and aboard like Asia HR Congress at KL, New Emerging HR Role at Singapore.
