Case Study: Testing one vision system with another Aspects to be tested: Focus, Colour, Colour Banding, Noise Application : Develop a test system for the myReader product that moves the testing from a people based subjective process to a computer based objective process . NI Products Used: NI-1411 capture card, LabVIEW, Vision development module, Teststand Reasons for Choosing NI Products: The NI solution was able to provide superior integration using three different technologies, ADE (LabVIEW), Vision, Test management software (TestStand). The system was put together in a short time frame with the help of NI Alliance member Nightside. myReader and VGA to Composite converter PC with a NI Colour Analog Capture Card (PCI-1411) + LabVIEW Machine Vision & TestStand Software
