    • Rai Bahadur Mohan Singh Oberoi  (15 August 1898—3 May 2002) was a renowned  Indian  hotelier, widely regarded as the father of 20th century India's hotel business, was the founder Chairman of Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, India's second-largest hotel company, with 35 luxury hotels in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Egypt, Australia and Hungary.
    • The  Oberoi Group , founded in 1934, now employs about 12,000 people worldwide and owns and manages about thirty hotels and five luxury cruisers.

    • Mr. P.R.S. Oberoi is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EIH Limited, the flagship company of The Oberoi Group.
    • He is also the Chairman of Oberoi Hotels Private Limited, the major shareholder of EIH Limited.
    • Popularly known as "Biki", Mr. Oberoi is the son of late Rai Bahadur M.S. Oberoi, the founder of The Oberoi Group.

    • The Company’s Total Revenue during the Financial Year was Rs. 1142.95 crores which is a 26% growth over the previous year.
    • EBIDTA during the Financial Year was Rs.334.05 crores compared to Rs. 257.91 crores during the previous year representing nearly a 30% growth.
    • The Profit before Tax was Rs. 87.00 crores against Rs. 88.99 crores during the previous year.
