Three tips for a multi-phased learning approach - eLearning
1. Three things to keep in mind when using the
multi-phased approach to learning
2. 1. Provide upfront “level setting content” – This helps people
come to the main training event with an established understanding
of core concepts, which in turn maximizes the value and retention
from the main event.
2. Build concepts, then apply – Splitting activities into smaller
targeted chunks allows you to establish understanding of a concept
(such as a sales strategy or policy) and then follow up with modules
that help learners to apply that knowledge in real life.
3. Space out learning events – Sending out small targeted content
such as success stories or results that can be linked to the training
for 6 – 12 months following a learning event can remind and
reinforce learner adoption of your messages.
