  • 29. IT – We are members of Climate Savers and adhere to their protocol for energy saving practices and standards
    Electronic Storage – scanned documents are filed electronically, our company SharePoint site encourages reduced paper use
    Printing Policy – wide margins, double sided printing and fast draft setting are standard
    Recycling – All materials that can be recycled in the valley are recycled
    Transportation – Loaner Prius and carpooling is encouraged

  • 30. Office Supplies – Reuse and conservation are encouraged, finding the “greenest products” available is required
    Renovation Purchases – each purchase was thoroughly researched to be the greenest product available including our purchase of office furniture that is Cradle-to-Cradle Certified
    Company Fleet – Project Managers drive hybrid vehicles and all equipment compatible for biodiesel use a 10% mix

    Complete building weatherization with infra red sensor data
    Measured particulates and other air quality monitoring
    Measured lighting efficiency to maximize performance
    Replaced all water faucets and toilets with low flow products

    Used only low VOC paints and adhesives
    Landscaped using native, drought tolerant plants
