Hold Harmless Agreement

(organization) covenants to save and defend, keep harmless and indemnify the United
Veterans of Doylestown and all of its agents, volunteers, employees, and membership
(collectively, the Parade Committee) from and against any and all claims, loss, damage,
injury, cost (including court costs and attorney’s fees), charges, liability or exposure,
however caused resulting from or arising out of or in any way connected with the
Memorial Day Parade. The undersigned asserts that he/she is authorized to act on
behalf of the represented organization.
