OAR-G (Asset Managers’ Self-Regulatory Organization)
The OAR-G's mission is to contribute to the fight against money laundering in accordance with that set
forth in article 305bis of Swiss Criminal Code (SCC) while also fighting against terrorism as stipulated by
article 260.1 of SCC.
This organization carries out the functions which are inherent to Self-Regulatory Organizations (“SROs")
and stipulated by Federal Law dated October 10, 1997 on the fight against money laundering and
terrorism financing in the financial sector (Anti-Money Laundering Law, AML).
OAR-G proposes that its members undergo continuous training on money laundering prevention
techniques. Financial intermediaries are obligated to oversee the training of their collaborators through
their AML representative (Anti-Money Laundering Law). This training's objective is to guarantee that
every AML representative knows and respects the obligations imposed by the AML and that said person
can inform borrowers about the company.
The Company is regulated by the OAR-G [925] for the fight
against money laundering and to oversee common practices in
asset management, operating under the supervision of FINMA.
