Blue ID 3 - One to One Non-Biometric Card - - The card comes along with a unique id which is used for authenticating the user. - The communication between the card and the mobile phone occurs via Bluetooth. - Blue ID 3 cards come with a VSAC server interface that retains no permanent customer data hence there is no conflict on customer ownership issues. - The card has a rechargeable battery. Blue ID 2 - Phone as the Authenticator - - The user requires a GPRS enabled mobile phone to authenticate transactions. - An application will be installed on the users mobile to enable communication with the server. - During authentication the user has to enter a five digit pin number on his mobile. - Blue ID 2 come with a VSAC server interface that retains no permanent customer data hence there is no conflict on customer ownership issues. - Communication between the mobile and VSAC server will occur via GPRS or SMS. Blue ID 1 - Near Field Communication or NFC Cards with CRM Interface (for Retail segment only) - - Blue ID 1 cards can be served as Loyalty / Customer Cards. These cards “recognize” the customer when he enters the store as against the existing Loyalty Cards that register purchases at the POS only. - The Card needs readers at store entrance plus at POS terminals. - The card allows limited security. - Blue ID 1 cards come with a VSAC server interface that retains no permanent customer data hence there is no conflict on customer ownership issues. - VSAC server will be integrated with the existing CRM package at the store.
