  30. 30. EVENING 6:00 PM: - WASTED OR SPROUTED GRAMS ½ BOWL .
  31. 31. NIGHT SAME AS LUNCH. BEFORE GOING TO BED: -I TAKE ONE GLASS OF MILK. THIS DIET PATTERN IS ACCORDING TO MY WEIGHT.
  32. 32. TASK-3 Q. DEMONSTRATE EXERCISE TO IMPROVE FITNESS. IN THIS PRESENT COMPETITION SCENARIO FITNESS IS MOST IMPORTANT PART OF OUR LIFE BECAUSE IF YOU ARE PHYSICALLY FIT THEN YOU MAINTALLY FIT .IF YOU ARE MAINTALLY FIT THEN YOU HAVE CONFIDENC E. HIGHT AND WEIGHT I STAND 5.3’. MY WEIGHT IS 40 KG. I AM UNDER WEIGHT BY 8 KG. TO INCREASE MY WEIGHT: - I TAKE BANANA WITH MILK AND ANY FRUIT JUICE.
