The Role of a Coach (Part 1)
In sports, often the best way to learn how to improve your performance and reach bigger goals is by working with a professional coach. Business is no exception.
There's often more going on in our lives than business concerns. A desire to get "unstuck," develop better leadership, management, organization or selling skills, strengthen relationships or regain a personal life all play a role.
It then becomes the coach's job to explore with the client what the answers are for them and what new possibilities can be created.
The Role of a Coach (Part 2)
In essence, we desire to peel back the layers and figure out what motivates an individual and what, in the end, will make him or her fulfilled.
Coaching provides clients with the space, focus, strategies and structure to take more actions, think bigger, and get the job done.
A coach's role is to hold up a mirror for the client to view their life in. It's then up to the client to decide whether or not they are going to change something in the reflection, knowing that the coach would support them throughout the entire process.

Our one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions provide you the basis of selling from start to finish. Understanding and the "How To" of cold calling, phone calling, appointments, the sales process, closing deals, managing contacts, networking, sales consistency and yes "managing success".
Scope of Services:
Sales Assist Group will provide one-on-one sales mentoring, coaching and/or training via phone, web conference, or in person with Client .
Packages are based on number of sessions per one client. Each session equals one hour of services.
An ample amount of qualifying will be done to establish an immediate or future need for services.
In the event the Client is unsatisfied he/she may request a full refund minus a 5% administration fee.
The refund request must be submitted in writing at completion of or prior to the first session of this agreement in order to receive a refund.
