    5. 2. How is our solution different?
      • It’s a Customer Acquisition Model not a sticker sales program.
      • System reminds tellers to up-sell your products and services.
      • Year-round loyalty marketing system brands your facility, invites new customer referrals, and brings repeat business.
      • Digital data entry equipment to eliminate human error.
      • Web 2.0 solution is browser based and runs completely outside your legacy system – IT installation not required – just plug ‘n play.
      • Payments are processed through our merchant account eliminating your NSF risk. For customer convenience, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
      • www.TagsOnSite.com helps vehicle owners find your location(s).
      • Social media marketing sends visitors to our Website & your lobby.

Dear Karin Viemont:   Thank you for renewing your vehicle tags at our bank recently.  We were very pleased to see you in our branch office and hope that you will return in the near future.   Our bank has been established in the community since [1936] and have helped many friends and families weather finacial storms and create a well planned for future.    As you look at your own financial needs we hope you will consider establishing a banking relationship with Central Illinois Bank.  We are here for the long-haul...   Kind regards,   Scott Hedden Chief Executive Officer Click to Continue
    8. 3. How does it work? Step 3. Privacy & Security – two secure data silos.
      • ERT Service Providers execute an Online Access Agreement to enable communication with ISOS Enterprise Server.
      • Approved ERT Service Providers are subject to the provisions of the Federal Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (“FDPPA”) and its civil and criminal penalties.
      • ERT America TagsOnSite system connects teller workstation to ISOS server via browser.
      • NO vehicle data stored to your legacy systems.
      • NO ACCESS to vehicle owner information post-renewal.
      • Silo #2 cannot access vehicle owner data.
      • Payments data are handled in a certified fully compliant manner under the PCI Data Security Standard. Compliance meets and exceeds industry standards integral to end-to-end security.
      • Merchant communications use high-grade 128-bit SSL to protect information as it passes through the Internet.
      • Sensitive information is encrypted before being placed onto any storage device using RSA public/private 1024-bit key technology with a proprietary cryptographic server infrastructure.
      • NO vehicle data stored on payments engine;
      • Cardholder/check writer data captured at point-of-sale becomes source of drip marketing program (not vehicle ownership data). Fully FDPPA and CAN-SPAM Act compliant.
      • Silo #1 cannot access payment data.
