U.R.N. Direct - Implementation Budget Financing Strategy (IBFS). (Overview)
U.R.N. Direct - The Cash Flow Solution, subject to the discretion of the Prequalification
Division will finance the Implementation Budget for submitted Funding Requests as outlined in
the example of the IBFS Transaction below.
Based on a Funding Request of US$3 million, the required Implementation Budget (1%) is
US$30,000.00.
However, U.R.N. Direct will accept a Corporate Undertaking, UCC or PPSA from the Borrower
for a period of ninety (90) days.
The Implementation Budget of US$30,000.00 will be underwritten through our Preferred Equity
Participation (P.E.P.) Funding Partners at a cost of 15%.
This Preferred Credit Facility can be repaid from proceeds of the Funding Request at closing,
earned income or renewed for a further ninety days.
The Placement Deposit will be US$3,000.00 or 10% of the Implementation Budget.
