•Trisha Brown has been active since
1961
•Post Modern Dance Pioneer
•Over 100 dance works since 1961
•Started the Company in 1970

3. The Collection
•Thousands of photographic material,
audiovisual material , pamphlets,
journals, and documents.
•Archive space downstairs and 5 filing
cabinets upstairs.
•CMS using File Maker.

4. My Work: First Part
•Process the "Production Files" in the
archive.
•12 boxes 12 linear feet, and loose piles.
•Contents: Blueprints, technical info,
itineraries, emails, receipts, anything related
to a venue.
•Organization: refolder and label contents.

5. My Work: Second Part
•Catalogue Audiovisual Materials.
•Standardize Record titles.
•Staff Meetings - CMS/Metadata.

6. Problems: arrangement
•How to organize, physically and
intellectually, the production files?
•Label by City/Country then Venue.
•Use MPLP guidelines.
•Records Management.
