  9. 9. Layer 7<br />Finalytheseventhlayer, theAplication – Identifiesandestablishesavaibilityofcommunicationpartners. Determines whetherresources are sufficientfforthecommunication to occur.<br />ProtocolsandServices: - FTP, SMTP, Telnet, Web Browsers, CMIP, and Virtual Terminal Protocol.<br />
