  • Hi, this is Vince Barrie, Marketing Automation Specialist at Brainshark, with a quick preview of my talk at Eloqua Experience 2011, Building a Brilliant Lead Machine. If you or any of your colleagues are coming to the conference, I hope you get a chance to stop by.
  • I’m going to show how we use our product with features of Eloqua and Salesforce.com to deliver content and measure engagement. Best of all, you can do it too. All these action use standard features of Brainshark, Eloqua, and Salesforce.com so you don’t need any custom programming.
  • We’ll look at all the bits and pieces, starting with blind forms in email
  • Submitting info to contact’s record Eloqua
  • And sends them off to a generic landing page the pulls data from the contact record
  • To play a video presentation (like the one you’re watching now) with tracking info written to Brainshark
  • Brainshark writes the activity info to SFDC and associates it with the correct lead and campaign.
  • Back in Eloqua, we’ll pull the data from SFDC into a custom data card
  • Using specialized external call
  • And an auto synch
  • Once in Eloqua, we can build filters to test the how folks are engaging with our content . . .
  • And use that information in all the usual places.
  • And finally use that measure of engagement as a measure campaign success.
  • Thanksfor listening. I hope you can join me. I’ll be in Plaza Room A on Thursday at 3 PM. If you’d like a Brainshark version of the complete presentation, fill out the form that will open when you close this window and I’ll make sure to notify you when the final presentation recording is ready.See you in San Francisco!
