  10. 10. What’s the Next Step?Pause. Look At Big Picture 10
  11. 11. Step 1 – Before Investing, Ask  Who are our customers?  Are they on Facebook?  What do they mostly buy?  Who is our competition?  Why buy from us vs. them?  How do we promote our products?  How does our competition promote?  Where do me make our money? With whom?  Where do we not make money?  What are we doing to attract new customers?  What are we doing to keep current ones? 11
  12. 12. Step 2 – Let’s Talk Numbers What is your total budget?  No budget now? Then try the Free Versions & Test.  If $20 – $100/mo doesn’t make you loose sleep, step up your efforts before your competition does.  If you are a serious about reaching your customers on Facebook consider custom integrations.  Remember – if it converts than you have justification! 12
  13. 13. Step 3 – Let’s Talk Conversion  What incentives can you use to encourage people to buy – if they LIKE you will give % off?  Do you have time sensitive or seasonal products?  What are higher margin products?  What can you bundle – price differentiation vs. competitors?  Can you make it easier to buy? i.e. Free shipping, gift wrap, etc.  Would this be useful for Black Friday, Cyber Monday? …yes 13
