  • 1. 1. Admission This Form is used for: • Adding a new student. • Editing an existing student details. • Deleting a student. • Searching a student. • Searching a student using License Number. 1. Adding a New student • Give Admission No, Date of Admission, Admission Type, Name of the Student, C/O Name, Permanent Address, License Type, Gender and Endorsement Details. • Click on <SAVE> button for saving the details. • <CLEAR> button is for clearing the field.
  • 2. 2. Editing an Existing Student details • For editing, Type the Admission No in the Admission No text box. • Click on <SEARCH> button for viewing the details. • Edit desired information and click <EDIT> button
  • 3. 3. Deleting a Student • Call the View All form Main form or Admission form. • Select the student that you want to delete. The information will be displayed in the Admission form.
  • 4. • Click the <DELETE> Button
  • 5. 3. Searching a Student • Click on <SEARCH> button • The Admission View All form will be displayed.
  • 6. • Select the desired student and double click on the row or Click <VIEW> Button
  • 7. 5. Search by License Number • Type the license number and click <SEARCH> Button • If the school has this license’s information, it will be displayed in the form.
  • 8. 2 Admission View all This Form is used to • Searching for students with different criteria’s • Edit Details • Delete Details 1 Searching for students with different criteria’s • Select search by condition and select condition if displayed • Press <SEARCH> button
  • 9. 2. Editing Details • Select a row and double click on that row or select row and press view • The selected information displayed in the admission form • Do the changes and Click<EDIT> button
  • 10. 3. Delete Details • Select a row and double click on that row or select row and press <VIEW> Button • The selected information displayed in the admission form • Click on <DELETE> Button for deleting details
  • 11. Exam Setting This form is used for • Adding Exams • Editing Exams • Deleting Exams 1. Adding Exams • Give Exam name, Number of questions to display, Exam duration, Exam Language, And Pass mark • Press<SAVE> button
  • 12. 2. Exam Editing • Select Exam , Make changes • Press<EDIT> button

  • 14. Question Add This Form is used for • Adding Questions • Editing Questions • Deleting Questions 1. Adding Questions • Select Exam name • Give Questions and its three options • Click<SAVE> button
