It’s not that technology has taken over, it’s that people have taken over technology. We continue to hear about social networking and how it’s important, but it’s not the only thing. Staying relevant means providing the right tools to help your members get from you what they want and need. And you can do some of that without social networking. You can definitely do some of that with SN too, but we want to cover all of it today. Your members have growing expectations about how they want to experience you online. You need to be aware and adjust quickly. Let’s make this a dialogue
