    • Established multi-disciplinary Board
    • Led clinical engagement at practice, locality and CCG levels
    • Reduced clinical variation (quality and resources)
    • Set foundations to improve uptake for primary care targets
      • Health Checks/Extended Opening Hours/Choose and Book etc
    • Prioritised long-term conditions
      • Diabetes/Respiratory/End of Life Care
    • ‘ Managing’ delegated budgets
    • ‘ Developing’ stakeholder relationships
  • 3. What are we going to do ?
    • Increase commissioning responsibilities
      • Providers (UHL/LPT/Out of County/EMAS etc)
      • Local Authority joint arrangements
      • Develop commissioning support services
    • Patient and public involvement
    • Continue to develop relationships and engage
    • ” Deliver and improve services, become a successful organisation and receive authorisation”
