      • The study done by Dr. John P. Nelson of Pennsylvania State University and Dr. Douglas J. Young of Montana State University shows that alcohol consumption is not increased by the increase in the amount of alcohol advertisement. However, the advertisements allow manufacturers of alcohol products to increase the amount of demand for their alcohol, and undermining competitions.
