IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FEBRUARY 9, 2012 Mr. BERMAN (for himself, Mr. SMITH of Texas, Ms. ZOE LOFGREN of Cali- fornia, and Ms. ROS-LEHTINEN) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary A BILL To allow otherwise eligible Israeli nationals to receive E– 2 nonimmigrant visas if similarly situated United States nationals are eligible for similar nonimmigrant status in Israel. 1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 3 SECTION 1.
