  • 1. U.S. Army Garrison-Hawaii Public Affairs Office Submission Guidelines TV2 BULLETIN SUBMISSION GUIDELINESThe TV2 Bulletin is a PowerPoint slideshow that runs several times a day. The slides are also availableonline to download. Tenant units and offices can use the Bulletin to disseminate information on events,facility closures or other items of interest.TEMPLATE/GUIDELINESUse the default PowerPoint slide size (10x7.5, landscape) with a 1” border around all sides. This allowsfor differences in display ratios and room for the crawler text to run below any content.Keep the slides as simple as possible with the basic details only. Direct viewers to call a number or visita website for additional information. Up to 2 slides per event/issue are allowed.Slides will be aired on television and online to a worldwide audience. Recommendation is to use titlesand phone numbers vs. names and personal e-mail addresses.Keep the slide visibly appealing with photos or artwork but be careful to keep the slide frombecoming too busy. Do not use artwork that is copyrighted by someone else.Font must be Century Gothic, Bold, minimum 28 pt, no more than 9 lines of text total.SAMPLE SLIDESSUBMITTING SLIDESSend the following by email to usaghi.web@us.army.mil:  1-2 slides, using the TV2 Bulletin Spacing Template  Complete DA 3903 Multimedia/Visual Information Work Order online at www.vios- west.army.mil (attach email confirmation of successful work order submission)Questions?
