  • #1 Research – we review Property Profiles, Title Reports, & Assessor records for accuracy Be prepared to explain any differences or resolve other issues Great source for liens or easements View slide

  • #3 Finalize Property Disclosures – a buyer is more willing to forgive and accept most items if disclosed in advance. Completing all of the property disclosures in advance provides the agent with a biography of the house and can uncover any issues that may need to be disclosed to the buyers
  • #4 Inspections – uncovering issues early in the transactions allows you the opportunity to negotiate responsibility. Find it out later and you will be resolving it.
