    • Mission The KDI School was established in 1997 to prepare future leaders for the challenges of globalization. The mission statement highlights two mandates: I. Foster world-class public policy and economic development experts with global perspective II. Contribute towards balanced economic development across the globe by sharing Korea’s development experience and know-hows
    • Brief History of the KDI School 1997.12 KDI School Founded with an Authorization from the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development 1999.12 Designated as APEC’s Education Hub in Asia 2001.01 Designated as GDLN Asian Hub by the World Bank 2001.02 Ph.D. Program Established 2010 Master’s Programs Incorporated into MPP 2012 MDP and Ph.D. in Development Policy Launched
