  • Largest gains in underrepresented students of color were among African-American students (+7%) and Hispanic/Latino students (+3%) All residence halls are full to capacity.
  • Dobelle, President of Westfield State College, Westfield, Mass., cited UMKC for its “positive impact on… urban communities – both commercial and residential activities – such as revitalization, cultural renewal, economics and community service and development.”

    • 81.5% received financial aid last year (Record trend this year)
    • 15.5% incr. in amount distributed last year (Trending up this year)
