      place of receiver while composing a message

      • Focus On You Instead of "I" or "We"
      • Show Audience Interest in Reciever
      • Emphasize Positive,Pleasant Facts

      • Concreteness means that “ a message is specific,
      definite and vivid ”

      • Put Action in Your Verbs
      • Chose Vivid,Image-Building Words
    • Clarity
      • Clarity demands the use of simple languageand
      easy sentence structure in composing the message
