      In actual practice, a combination of several methods is a used for obtaining job analysis data.

    • PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
      The analysts observes the worker (s) doing the job. The tasks performed the pace activities are done, the working conditions, etc.

      • Make note other specific job needs and not the behaviors specific to particular workers.
      • Make sure that they obtains a proper sample for generalization.
