CDFG jurisdiction is determined by the presence of hydrophyticof these jurisdictions and to calculate impacts associated with project development. From there,we prepare a jurisdictional delineation report describing baseline conditions and analysis ofpotential project impacts to each jurisdictional feature, including methods, results, and graphicsdepicting the approximate size and location of any jurisdictional areas. The report is consistentwith the requirements of USACE and CDFG and is the necessary documentation for developing andprocessing Section 401 and 404 of the Federal Clean Water Act permits and obtaining a Section1602 Streambed Alteration Agreement.
