  12. 12. Kesimpulan : 1. Pelaksanaan pemberian kompensasi yang dilakukan Harian Umum Republika adalah dengan adanya gaji pokok, macam-macam tunjangan diantaranya adalah tunjangan kesehatan, tunjangan keluarga, tunjangan hari raya, dan tunjangan pendidikan. 2. Berdasarkan analisa penelitian diatas, bahwa pengaruh pemberian kompensasi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan menunjukan hubungan yang tidak terlalu signifikan. Kompensasi adalah bukan hal utama yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Saran: Dalam sistem pemberian kompensasi, sebaiknya perusahaan lebih memperhatikan dalam segi penilaian produktivitas kerja para karyawan agar pemberian kompensasi yang dilakukan perusahaan lebih efektif dan efisien. Sehingga dapat tercapainya tujuan bersama dan terciptanya kualitas karyawan yang dapat meningkatkan keunggulan daya saing perusahaan.
