    Notes on slide 1

Each year many families learn that their young child has a developmental disability, a condition they never outgrow. Yet given the enormous impact of the diagnosis on the family and the crucial importance of early intervention, parents of young children with DD often receive little guidance from their medical provider. Parents have few resources to turn to when it comes to determining what services and supports are available and best suited to enhancing their child's development. Perhaps even more alarming, they may become aware of treatments and therapies, but have no readily accessible, reputable, and reliable source to contact.  My Child Without Limits looks to change all that.

From highly credible universities and medical institutions with good geographic representation and across multiple disciplines: Early Intervention Parents Pediatrics Physical Therapy Orthopedics Occupational Therapy Neurology Psychology Speech and Language Pathology Financial/Special Needs Planning Experts
