Profile The Challenges
The Company process the The company process the rice, pack and deliver
rice and commodities the product to the customers based on customers
trading product order. The Processed Rice, shipped to the
customers before the costing of production

provide the pickup and delivery services. The
company also have a division of trucks which
sometimes act as the third party to pickup and
deliver the commodities

The Solution
The solution given to keep tracked the production
of customer product order, UCAS System solution
installed with the Work Order To Stock
(WO2Stock) sub module which enable the
production staff record the production quantity and
enabled the delivery staff to execute the shipment
process and procedure to create an official
Company Delivery Order immediately. After the
production record all product result of the
Production Order, the Costing Supervisor will use
‘Charge Costing Value To Work Order To Stock’
sub module to calculate the Cost of Good Sold
(CoGS) of the delivered product to the customer.
By this sub module, UCAS System will recalculate
the gross profit of the sales order of the product.
A special Job Costing of Trading class established
to accommodate the trading of commodities, by
this Job Costing, the management able to trace
the purchase of commodities, the purchase of
delivery services. And if the trading executed with
the internal truck division, the revenue of truck
division can be recognize by the system.
