4. 1. PREFACE
This service manual is intended for people scheduled to maintain the new AmerisourceBergen
Corporation/Oncology Supply inventory management solution, to be referred as Nucleus throughout this manual.
This manual includes step-by-step instructions required to diagnose problems, service and replace defective
components in order to bring the system back to full operating state as promptly as possible.
2. INTRODUCTION
Nucleus provides state-of-the-art functionality for oncology and hematology clinics to manage their drug
dispensing needs. The system can be composed of either a single (column) unit or a multiple unit configuration,
depending on the needs of the customer.
